It lives and breathes inside of me!


Nightmares so real !!

I'm stuck in a dark maze!

Lost in a spiral of anxiety and fear

A darkness devours me. I sink deeper

I can not breathe my heart beats faster

A feeling of being suffocated drowning from within.

It lives and breathes inside of me! Night Terror!!
