My mind is dangerous


My mind is dangerous! I cant sleep cant eat my mind's a mess. I am heading for a disaster!  Is it just me? A nightmare that never ends. A bad song on repeat. Ghost from the past ar hunting me. Time and time again Im runing away from it all.  And its always comes back to haunt me.
